• Which areas do you cover?
  We cover all postcodes in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
• How do I book a locum?
  Use our Bookings panel. Pick a date, the type of staff and any requirements. It only takes a few clicks.
• Can I hire multiple locum staff?
  Yes. Send as many booking requests as you require for a given date.
• How do you screen staff for compliance?
  All clinical staff have an up-to-date folder with standard documents: a GDC Certificate, an Indemnity Insurance Certificate, a Vaccination history record, an Enhanced DBS certificate and a photo ID.
• Can I cancel a confirmed booking?
  Yes. Any cancellation less than 24 hours of the booking time are charged at the minimum working hours. T&C apply.
• Do I need a credit card on file?
  We recommend saving your default payment method. Alternatively, you can pay as you go.
• Can I pick and choose the staff I hire?
  At Just Locum we focus on availability. You will be sent the first suitable staff member to accept your booking.
• How much do you charge per booking?
  You can see the average hourly rate for staff in your area. We charge a booking fee of 20 per cent.
